Why we ask you to bring others
We process one animal at a time, so a share only goes ahead once the whole animal is spoken for. If you want a half you need one more buyer, and a quarter needs three. That may change, so it is worth asking even if you are on your own.
Measure your freezer first
A share needs more space than most people expect. Tell us what freezer you have and we will be honest about whether a share will fit, or whether a bundle of cuts is the better start.
