Our farm
A family farm in Middletown, Delaware, raising Angus cattle the slow, honest way and selling the beef direct from our door to your table.
How we raise our beef
Pasture-forward, no hormones
Our cattle are raised slow on pasture with no added hormones. Clean, consistent quality is the whole point, not a marketing line.
Small-batch, cut fresh
We process in small batches and cut fresh, then every cut is vacuum-sealed and frozen.
Straight from the farm
No middleman and no supermarket cold case. You order from us and pick up in Middletown, and we can help size a bundle if you want one.

What the pictures show
Every photograph on this site is captioned for what is actually in the frame. Pasture is pasture, and the winter feed area is the winter feed area.

The cattle also receive spent grain and hop by-products from two local breweries as part of a balanced ration alongside pasture. How the brewery loop works

Coming to pick up
Orders are picked up here at the farm. We agree a time when you order, so nothing sits out waiting and you are not queueing behind anyone.
